Arsenal back at the top where they Deserve

League leaders Arsenal fans have a reason to smile following a massive win over the weekend at Aston villa park. These comes days after they experienced their 3rd League defeat to their rival title contenders Man city at Emirates at the middle of the week.



Arteta's team had to fight twice to help them secure a win with the help of first goals of their new team from Zinchenko and Jorginho . Arsenal fell behind to Watkins early goal before Saks rifle leveled up the game. Although Arsenal had to go to the half time break behind due to Philips Coutinho brilliance, they fought back to clinch all the three points.

Zinchenko first Goal of the campaign and the first for the club brought some lifeline in Arsenal before Jorginho, and Martineli late goals sealed all the three points.

The win puts the gunners 2 points ahead of Man city with the same number of games 
played. 

Man United come closely third with 46 points, with Newcastle completing the place for the champions League spot with 41 points having played a game less.
