Be a failure with a plan

As it is unemployment has its place in Kenya with over 10 million youths living off with informal jobs. Graduates with no work plan and those who have,have been forced to go into informal sector.  But do you know that many youths fail not because they lack a plan.

As one formalism and activist said, many youths living in Kenya fear failure despite the fact that they don't have a plan. Those who have plans understand the risk of failing and have made that part process. The fear of missing out on an opportunity that you have not tried and later complaining about it is a dispicable that many youths have engaged in. You literally don't have to try everything that seems doable. 

Working smart should be a priority,and putting more effort into what you want should be part to achieve succes. Many youths think joining online business and trading some few coins will make them own bosses but in many cases that isnt the case. We may have a few cases which  succeed on that basis but it's by sheer luck.
