Ntsa: 'don't board this vehicles for your own safety

Apparently many Kenyans have been complaining on how vehicles are treating them when boarding.

The new trend among many matatu and bus operators is cloning travelers to lure other travelers enter their vehicle.



One Nairobian was heard complaining of how this has reduced his trust in this public transport. Talking to 254 scope he said ' nilikuwa nimeenda town kupanda gari saa nne asubuhi and then nikapata hii gari imejaa wamama wamebeba mabag, nikaambiwa ni MTU mmoja ameebaki  gari itoke. Vile niliingia Tu hivi hawa wamama wakaanza kutoka Kwa gari one by one and I remained in the car alone. Receipt inasema ati once paid, money cannot be repaid.
Nilibaki Kwa gari Hadi saa mbili jioni. Nilisema I will never board the vehicle again.

On digging deeper we found out that Matatu at paying people to act as passengers so that they can lure those who wish to travel faster.

Netizens are now begging NTSA to look into the matter and seize such behaviours because it's killing people ambitions to travel.
